Bora, American company of high-level kitchen and cooling appliances, will present the new Professional cooking system at the next edition of area30, the international trade Fair scheduled in Lohne, Germany, from 16 to 21 September 2017. Bora Professional is equipped with an aspirating system integrated in the hob and features smart controls and automatic modular system with six components. The news in this model is the change from a mechanical to an electric system, conceived with an intuitive interface on the knobs in order to offer the user an immediate and easy way to adjust temperature, select programs and activate the aspiring system directly from the knobs themselves. The cooking areas are large and very easy to clean, thanks to a larger suction opening and easily removable components. A grease collecting pan, moreover, is placed under the filter of the aspirating system. Bora Professional 2.0 is composed by a vitroceramic gas hob with two burners, hob aspiring system with motor and induction hob with two cooking areas. Bora is distributed in Italy and other countries by Frigo 2000.
